Holy Family students collect, donate food
Frank Speziale Photo
This year the children at Holy Family School collected more than 500 items in support of the Chobani food drive. The drive this year included a contest that focused on collecting healthy food. This acted as a reminder of healthy choices and as a way of supporting the local needs. All items were donated to Catholic Charities Roots and Wings Food Pantry. Pictured is Mrs. MaryAnn DeMellier’s first grade class that collected the highest number of items.
