Judges in Chenango
NORWICH – Chenango County Judge Frank B. Revoir, Jr. was presented with a picture of all the judges in Chenango County in 2013. The picture includes every judge from the town and villages of Chenango County, Norwich City Court, Chenango County Court, Family Court and the Supreme Court. This is the first time a picture with all of the judges in Chenango County has been taken in several years, and it marks the first year of Judge Revoir as the Chenango County Judge. Judge James Fox of Norwich Town Court and his wife, Cathy Fox, took and printed the photograph. Judge Thomas Hosford of the Town of Preston Court built the frame used for the presentation to Judge Revoir in his home workshop. Presenting the photograph, was outgoing President of the Chenango County Magistrates Association, Judge Joan Kline of the Town of Guilford Court, and incoming President of the Chenango County Magistrates Association, Judge Randall W. Lambrecht of the Town of Brainbridge Court.
