Sean Hamilton clears snow from the courthouse steps early this morning. A winter storm warning is in effect until 10 a.m. Friday. The most recent report from the National Weather Service predicts 5-9 inches of snow by Friday morning. Wind chills are expected to drop to between minus 15 and minus 25 degrees. The snow will result in hazardous driving conditions and low visibility.
