Torch Run 2014
The Law Enforcement Torch Run made its way through Norwich Wednesday, and is an event that includes law enforcement officers, Special Olympic athletes and their families. The five-day, multi-state Torch Run leads up to the opening ceremony of the 2014 Special Olympics. Shirts and stickers worn today honored fallen Trooper Christopher Skinner. A full story covering the event will appear in an upcoming edition of The Evening Sun. (Photos by Sami Gillette)
