COOPERSTOWN - Afton advanced to the Otsenango Pony League baseball semifinals beating Cooperstown, 7-5, Friday.

Afton started with four runs in the opening half of the first, and never trailed. Joe DeVona, Colin Nabinger, and McGwire Tuttle all had two hits for Afton. Nabinger doubled and drove in three runs, DeVona scored twice, and Tuttle added a single RBI.

Afton (9-3) plays at Hancock today at 6 a.m.
