Utica man arrested for felony drug possession

NORWICH – A 20-year-old Utica man was arrested by Norwich Police late Tuesday afternoon and was charged with felony drug possession.
Tevin Yakeen Brown was taken into custody by a Norwich Police Officer and was charged with three offenses: criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony; disorderly conduct, a violation, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Police said the controlled substance in Brown’s possession was crack cocaine.
