BINGHAMTON — The Norwich City Police Department proudly announce the graduation of two new police officers from the Broome County Law Enforcement Academy.

Officers Scott Germond and John Wonka spent the past seven months training at the police academy.

Norwich City Mayor Joseph Maiurano and Norwich City Police Chief Joseph Angelino traveled to Binghamton to attend the graduation ceremony.
