NORWICH – Michael Ferrarese and Thomas Bowen were sworn in as Chenango County's new, full-time Assistant District Attorneys on Thurs., Oct. 30. Michael Ferrarese became First Assistant District Attorney, and Thomas Bowen became Second Assistant District Attorney. The commencement of their terms started the same day.
