Various news agencies estimate that between 1.5 and 3 million people have gathered at the Place de la Republique in Paris to demonstrate following the shooting of the French satirical publication Charlie Hebdo staff, chanting "Je Suis Charlie," – I am Charlie.
In my travels to Paris, France I have accumulated thousands of photos of Paris and I am very familiar to the locality of the Port de Vincennes, which is close to my brother's house, who resides in Paris. I would like to share a couple of photos from my files of Paris – city of light, city of splendor, rich in history.
These photos will appear on page three of today’s edition.
