NORWICH – Anthony J. Biviano, arrested Monday for failure to register/change of address as a sex offender, was arrested again Tuesday.

Biviano was arrested by Norwich Police at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday for making an apparently sworn false statement in the first degree, a class E felony.

According to the police report, the false sworn statement charge is related to his sex offender address.
