Fire crews from at least five local fire departments worked to quench a house fire at 233 Graef Rd in the Town of Norwich Wednesday evening. According to scene commander and City of Norwich Fire Chief Tracy Chawgo, while occupants were unharmed, the home was deemed a total loss.
