More than two dozen friends, family and members of the Oxford community gathered before the home of former EMT and Police Officer Ed Ulfik commemorating the one-year since his untimely death. The mourners held a candlelight vigil at precisely 10:10 p.m. and released balloon luminaries in memoriam of the lifelong public servant.
