PLYMOUTH – The wait is over for Greene resident Lou Guzzetta. After 26 years of playing golf, Guzzetta recorded his first career hole-in-one managing the feat Friday, June 26 at Canasawacta Country Club.

Guzzetta used a 9-iron on the 130-yard second hole, and the shot was witnessed by Dennis Rifanburg, Dave Martin, and Rick Ferris. "The ball was in the air, and I wasn't sure if it was going to make it," Guzzetta said. "Dave then said to me, ‘that looks really good.’"
