NORWICH – Early in the day on Tuesday June 30, an accident occurred at the intersection of South Broad Street and Hale Street in the City of Norwich. Two vehicles collided causing injury to one of the drivers.

At approximately 10 a.m. a large truck collided with a four door sedan while driving through the intersection of South Broad Street and Hale Street according to reports by the Norwich Police Department, the driver of the truck was unharmed but the driver of the smaller vehicle needed to be transported to UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital to treat the injuries sustained.
