NORWICH – Saturday, July 18 the Relay For Life comes to back to Norwich for its 19th year. Relay For Life is a fundraising organization for the American Cancer Society.

This year, teams will meet at the Chenango County Fairgrounds for the event. But before the event can actually happen, team captains must meet Tuesday July 7 at 5:30 p.m. in the community room at Morrisville State College in Norwich. There teams will meet to get some additional information and other team related items.

This year the Relay has been changed from an overnight event, to a day event. Kicking off the day at 10:00 a.m. with public events, teams will be set for a day of fun and fundraising. In addition to the actual relay, there will be food and games to keep everyone entertained.
