NEW BERLIN – Preferred Mutual Insurance Company of New Berlin has been making some changes as they hire two new employees. Wendy Sullivan and Shelly DiBenedetto are joining the Preferred team as an Associate Auto Physical Damage Claims Representative and a Claims Counsel, respectively.

Both new employees have years of experience in their fields and should make excellent additions to their divisions. Sullivan will be responsible for handling auto physical damage claims for policyholders in Preferred's geographic footprint of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Before coming to Preferred, Sullivan worked for a national insurance carrier for nearly four years, where she handled both auto liability and bodily-injury claims.
