In the second week of the 2015 Evening Sun Football Contest Norwich’s Sylvia Figary walked out of a tie-breaker and into the winner’s circle. Figary and another entrant both picked 17 of the 20 games correctly, but it was Figary who picked Hobart to win over Endicott and was thus crowned winner. Many other entrants picked 16 of the 20 games correctly to fall into second place. What set Figary apart from the rest of the group was her correct pick of Susquehanna Valley over Norwich, a game in which few selected. This week is the third week in a 10 week contest.
