Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, friends and family of Mark Flanagan and Dr. Tom Flanagan gathered in West Park in downtown Norwich around 4:30 p.m. in honor of their names being added to a plaque in front of the memorial tree, that has been planted in their memory. Eric Larsen spoke briefly giving a short commemorative speech in honor of Mark Flanagan and Dr. Tom Flanagan.
