Few new changes after busy week of bowling
NORWICH - After action in the Industrial Mixed Bowling League at Family Recreation Lanes in Norwich, the team of Smith Productions has kept their top spot on the leader board.
Smith Productions is still number one on the leader board after play this week as they increase their lead from four points to five over second place team C.V. Electric Supply. C.V. Electric Supply has moved into second place this week with 33 points after jumping last week’s runner up, Ye Ole Shanty Spirits who is now in third place.
Derrick Head took the men’s high triple game this week, bowling a 63. Head just beat out Corey Simpson by three points who threw a 640 on the day. For the high single game, Ed Cummings beat out Head for the top spot by just three points, 265 to 262.
The women were lead by Adelia Mullins across the board. Mullins bowled a 598 triple game and a 216 single game, both miles ahead of the next best bowler.

Alley Oops is in first place by just one point with 34 total points. The team of K&D is in second with 33, two ahead of third place teams Giddy Up & Go and Plaza Keglers with 31.
Larry Mudge took both the men’s high 600 game and 200 game, bowling a 593 and a 225, respectively. Mudge beat out Harry Kott’s 534 and Jim Keynon’s 208 for the top spot in both categories.
For the ladies it was Judy Harrington who too the high 500 game. Harrington bowled a 475, beating out Donna Furgison, who bowled a 454. Joyce Blackman took the high 200 game, bowling a 186. It was Harrington who took the second highest 200 game with a 178.
