NORWICH – The Monday Evening Music Club will take the stage at the United Church of Christ in Norwich tonight for a free-will donation performance open to the public.

Showtime starts at 7:30 p.m. at the UCC Church on W. Main St. in Norwich. Although there’s no charge for admission, the Music Club seeks donations to continue its scholarship program which awards area students with a scholarship to further their study of music at a college of their choosing.

The Monday Evening Music Club is comprised of area music teachers and other club members ranging in age and experience who all share a love for music. Each year, the non-profit organization puts on several free programs from September through June.
