HAMILTON – Phoenix Project Dance, a not for profit professional dance company based out of Norwich, will be holding its final show for the 2015 calendar year this coming Saturday, Nov. 14th.
“We're going back to the Palace Theatre,” said Phoenix Project Dance Executive Director Mike Perkins.
This full length production will be held at the Hamilton Palace Theatre, which is located at 19 Utica Street in Hamilton.
This production will mark the sixth year the group has performed at this venue.
“It's such a unique theatre because it used to be a night club, the audience is so close to the dancers. It's the only theatre where the audience is that close,” said Perkins.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m., tickets for the event will be $20 for students and $25 for general admission.
“This year and like other years the show is right before thanksgiving, usually the week of the Cornell vs. Colgate hockey game so Hamilton is always a buzzing place. We love it,” said Perkins.
The roughly an hour and a half long show will feature the 11 total dancers in the company, performing 12 separate dances.
