AFTON – Two teens who went missing in Afton on Wednesday have been found in good health, state police have announced.
New York State Police Troop C said 15-year-old Lindsey C. Seymour and 17-year-old Charles Weed were located in the Binghamton area on Thursday.
The disappearance of Seymour and Weed led Afton Central School officials to implement a lockout on Wednesday and request precautionary security from the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
The missing persons case was handed to the New York State Police. Police have not specified why the two went missing.
