GREENE – Sarah A. Cahill, 35, of Greene was arrested on Nov. 22, at approximately 10:04 p.m., after she had crashed her vehicle into the front porch of a house in Greene.

New York State Police at Sidney troopers arrested Cahill for felony driving while ability impaired by drugs. This arrest occurred after troopers responded to a Chenango County 911 report of a car crashing into a home on State Route 12 in the Town of Greene.

Prior to arriving, troopers were advised that the Cahill was passed out behind the wheel while driving, but then woke up and was attempting to leave the scene.

Following their arrival, the troopers performed an investigation which confirmed that Cahill was driving while impaired by drugs.

Allegedly Cahill drove off the roadway, continued driving through a field, then struck the front porch of the home.
