COVENTRY – The New York State Police at Norwich arrested Coy A. Woodruff, 27, of Bainbridge, on Dec. 7, 2015, for various felony and misdemeanor charges.

Woodruff was ultimately charged with the felonies of criminal contempt of court first degree, a class E felony; criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony; the misdemeanor of menacing in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor; and the violation of harassment in the second degree.

The arrest occurred after troopers were advised of a domestic dispute that occurred at a home on State Route 206 in the Town of Coventry.
