Sherburne man arrested for criminal trespass
SHERBURNE – Austin M. Lyons, 21, of Sherburne was arrested on Dec. 29, by members of New York State Troopers at Sidney.
Lyons was arrested for the crime of criminal trespass in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor.
The arrest resulted from a 911 complaint from an individual, of a trespasser in the Village of Oxford, which allegedly was Lyons.
Lyons was processed and released and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Oxford Court on January 4th, 2016.
No further details are known at this point as the NYSP Public Information Officer was not available at press time.
