NORWICH – Coming out of the long break for the holidays, Norwich showed little signs of slowing down as they proceeded to roll over Chenango Forks winning by 41 points, at 71 to 30.

“We played well, we had a long break and our guys were excited to play,” said Norwich Head Coach Brian Collier.

The Tornado got off to a hot start in the first half as they led by as much as 27 points late. Norwich wouldn’t allow double digit points to the Blue Devils until a late 3-point buzzer beater from CF right before the half, seeing a commanding 32 to 10 lead.

“Second half we came out and played good D we just couldn’t get our shots to fall,” said Collier, “We were taking good shots had a couple rim out on us. We were a little lackadaisical, but then we turned it back up and got some stops, which was important.”
