Area churches sponsor annual Chit-Chat and Chew meals

NEW BERLIN – Through the months of February and March, a host of local churches will come together to bring about a sense of camaraderie and community fellowship.
St. Andrews Episcopal Church in New Berlin will serve the annual Chit-Chat and Chew series of community dinners at its 40 S. Main St. location in the village.
Commencing on February 20, St. Andrew's will open its doors, inviting guests from all walks of life to bring the tight-knit community just a little closer together around the dinner table.
The meal(s) will be offered from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., and are sponsored through a joint effort of the First United Methodist Church, St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church and St. Andrew’s and St. Matthew’s Episcopal Churches.
Chit-Chat and Chew serves as an opportunity for community members to come together for a hearty meal, and to meet with one another for lively discussion.
This week’s meal is provided by The First United Methodist Church.
