AFTON – New York State Police at Sidney responded to reports of car parts being stolen, and subsequently arrested three individuals on Monday.

James N. Sayman Jr., 25, of Harpursville; Ian P. Albrechta, 20, of Port Crane; and Jordan J. Ryder, 24, of Afton were all charged with the misdemeanor of auto stripping in the third degree.

According to police, the stolen car parts were from a parked 2004 Lincoln LS sedan from a residential driveway on Oak Hill Road in the town of Afton.
