NORWICH – The Monday Evening Music Club, now in its 106th year, is gearing up to host the annual “Music in Our Schools” concert to showcase the musical talents of students from all over the county.

The concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 14 at the United Church of Christ in Norwich. Each year, music departments in school districts throughout the county come together to bring the area’s musically gifted students to the same stage.

Performing this year will be the Oxford Jazz Band (directed by Julie Solomon), Madrigal Singers of Norwich High School (directed by Mary Williams), and students in the Norwich High School’s rendition of “Little Shop of Horrors” (directed by Cameron Kinnear).
