Blackhawk Tennis looks to start new season off right
OXFORD – The Oxford Tennis team although finishing second in 2015 in the MAC league, only posted a 3-5 overall record and hopes to improve on this for the new season.
The Blackhawks will take to the courts on April 7, when they will take on Hancock at 4 p.m.
“We plan on solidifying our lineup and plan on staying focused this year on having a winning season,” said head coach Mark Muller.
One Oxford standout is Francisco Quintana who according to coach Muller is Oxfords number one. Quintana will be going to Utica College to continue his Tennis Career following his completion of high school athletics.
“We have a lot of new athletic players this year, and we look forward to a great year,” said Muller.
