Bobcats proved to be too much to handle for the lady Blackhawks

OXFORD – The Oxford girls softball team hosted the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats yesterday, Monday April 18, in a game that did not go their way. BG would earn the win in five innings at a 24-2 score.

“We just couldn’t string our hits together until the end, the fifth inning we came alive,” said Pizza.
BG jumped on the Blackhawks early when they scored eight runs in the first inning followed by a second inning of scoring nine additional runs.
