SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville varsity golf team hosted visiting New York Mills at Mountain Top Golf Course, a par 35 course.

S-E now sits at a 2-1 record after their team score of a 190 came up short to New York Mills, now 3-0, was able to edge The Marauders at a team score of 157.

S-E saw their Medalist spot go to Max Britton who managed to shoot two under par with a 33.

“Max Britton once again led the match with a two under par 33 for S-E. Max did a great job

of recovering from a few errant tee shots. He continues to play at a very high level in his senior year,” said S-E head coach John Butzgy.
