Norwich man arrested by NYS Police for DWI

NORWICH – On April 28, 2016, at approximately 10:35 p.m., New York State Police at Norwich arrested Andrew P. Kaiser, 24, of Norwich, for the misdemeanor crime of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
According to a press release from the Troopers at The Norwich barracks, Kaiser allegedly was recorded as having a BAC level of .19 percent.
This arrest resulted from a traffic stop when Kaiser was seen driving with an inadequate muffler while on State Route 320, in the Town of Norwich.
An investigation from The New York State Police determined that Kaiser was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Kaiser was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Norwich court for May 19, 2016.
