MORRIS – New York State Police at Oneonta recently arrested Kyle R. Johnson, 27, of New Berlin on May 1, 2016.

Johnson has been charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor; endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor; criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a misdemeanor; unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, a misdemeanor; and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.

The arrest allegedly occurred following a Otsego County 911 call reporting a dispute on County Route 18, in the Town of Morris.
