The arrest followed an investigation by Officer Steve Rounds into a complaint reported in the village of Oxford, resulting in the discovery of 19 bags of heroin, 32 separate glassine envelopes, and a hypodermic needle. The vehicle that Logsdon was a passenger in was stopped due to the subject allegedly becoming involved in an altercation with an older female in the vehicle, an instance reported by a complainant. Logsdon was arraigned before the village Court and remained to the Chenango County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $5,000 property bond.
