NORWICH – Three juveniles were arrested for criminal mischief in the third degree after they allegedly broke several windows of the Holy Family School and allegedly caused damage to the playground. One of the juveniles was also arrested for petit larceny for allegedly stealing out of a vehicle in the City of Norwich.
