SHERBURNE – The Lions Club of Sherburne is gearing up for a day-long Fourth of July celebration for the community.

The event will start with a chicken barbecue at 11 a.m. at Paddleford Park on Chapel Street. The Lions Club will then sponsor a series of little league baseball games throughout the day, as well as music by Rick Pedro at noon, and the Smyrna Citizens Band at 3 p.m.

At 6:30 p.m., local favorite Cassidy Lynn will perform, followed by a large fireworks display featuring captivating ground displays at dusk.
