NORWICH - The Norwich girls varsity soccer team has a bit of an unusual fundraiser going on this summer to help raise money for team warm-ups and their Kick Cancer Soccer-a-thon at the end of this summer.

“It’s called getting flocked,” said Norwich Head Coach Matt Wilson, “it’s where a bunch of these pink flamingos ‘show up’ in people’s yards, and in order to get them removed, they have to pay a small fee.”
