GREENE – 60-year-old Gerald Mangan, of Greene, was arrested by members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office on July 12 and sits in the local jail after having been charged with multiple felonies.

Mangan was charged with criminal sexual act in the first degree, a class B felony; criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony; unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, a class E felony; criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor; menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; and criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; following an investigation of a domestic dispute.
