NORWICH – A 32-year-old man sits in the Chenango County Correctional facility charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.

Scotty Earl Sheridan, of New Berlin, was arrested by the City of Norwich Police Department following a complaint within the City of Norwich on Sunday, Aug. 7. According to authorities, he is accused of selling the narcotic drug crack cocaine.
