Pitcher man apprehended on five separate warrants

CHENANGO COUNTY – Joshua Whaley, 33, of Pitcher, was arrested by members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office on Friday, Aug. 5, on five active warrants for his arrest from various courts, as well as various agencies.

According to the CCSO, Whaley had three active warrants out of Chenango County.

The first warrant was issued by the Chenango County Court for non-compliance of his conditional release. The second warrant was issued by the Chenango County Family Court, while the third warrant was issued by Town of Pitcher court for failure to appear on numerous criminal charges.
