Oxford golf has found a winning formula
OXFORD – The Oxford varsity golf team hosted the Harpursville Hornets on Sept. 20, in a matchup that would go down to the wire, as Oxford would narrowly edge out the Hornets 253 to 256.
The three stroke win on the front nine holes of the par 34 course at Blue Stone Golf Course would hand Oxford their sixth win on the season.

For the Blackhawks, Jacob Marrone would earn the medalist spot for the day with his count of 48. This was followed by Jason Davis and Dylan Depew both at 49, Austin Crawford at 51, and Harry Oliver at 59.
Next up for Oxford (6-5) they will be hosting Greene on Sept. 21, before once again having another home matchup against Delhi on Thursday, Sept. 22.
