Winless Tornado searching for offensive answers

NORWICH – The Norwich boys varsity soccer team took the field on Tuesday, Sept. 20, when they hosted Owego.

What ensued was a dominating game from the Indians as they recored a win on the night at 6-0.

“Eight weeks is not long enough to compete against premiere year round teams,” said Norwich head coach Scottie Decker.

The halftime score of 4-0 would not suffice the Indians hunger for strikes on the day, as they tacked on two additional goals in the second half, including one off a penalty kick.
