OXFORD - As of press time Wednesday morning, no further information was available on the investigation of a suspicious death in the Town of Oxford.
On Monday afternoon, Sept. 26, authorities from the Chenango County Sheriff's Office responded to 221 Charles Kelley Road after receiving reports of a deceased male. When they arrived, they found 58-year-old David Green dead inside his residence.
Authorities earlier said that an autopsy was to be conducted on the man at the Onondaga Medical Center on Tuesday.
The Chenango County Sheriff's Office said that more details regarding the ongoing investigation may be provided later in the day on Wednesday.
