S-E girls soccer drops pair of home games

SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville's girls varsity soccer team came up short against Cooperstown on Tuesday, September 27, by a scoreline of 4-1.
Taylor Coughlin scored the Marauders' lone goal of the game in the second half of the matchup.
Last Friday, September 23, the Marauder ladies were blanked by Clinton in another home game 5-0. The Warriors scored two goals in the first half and another three in the second to blast past S-E.
The pair of losses moves S-E to 4-6 on the season. The Marauders' next game will be Thursday, September 29, at 6:30 p.m. in Waterville.
