NORWICH – According to an agenda received on Friday, September 30, a new City of Norwich Police Officer is set to be appointed on the evening of Tuesday, October 4.

The appointment will take place at the joint meeting of public safety/public works and finance/personnel committees beginning at 6 p.m.
