Jeffrey and Ericksen finish top ten at the McQuaide Invitational

ROCHESTER – This past weekend the Norwich boys and girls of the varsity cross country team traveled to Rochester for the annual McQuaide Invitational.

This invitational is known to be one of the largest high school cross country meets in the United States featuring approximately 225 runners in each race – as the mass of athletes maneuvers a three mile long course.

Norwich's Ben Ericksen managed another impressive run on the year with a fourth place finish in his race, finishing the course with a time of 16:11.9. Ericksen ran in the varsity small schools race with 238 other runners from 35 different teams across New York State.
