NORWICH – Saturday in the Park: Harvest Series is holding a soup competition for the weekend of Oct. 22. Participants can bring in their homemade soups to be judged by a panel of 'celebrity judges' in Norwich's West Park, and the winner will be awarded a trophy. There will also be a chicken barbecue taking place in the park in their final weekend before the Pumpkin Fest.

This weekend on Saturday, October 15, the Harvest Market will feature: Norwich Meadows organic produce, Piers Flower Basket, Walling's Maple, Kutik Honey, Baker's Doggone Treats, the Cottage Bakery, Betty's Pies, Randy's Wood Workland, the boys' breakfast sandwiches and coffee, and many more. Joe Lombardi will be the featured entertainer of the day.
