NORWICH—Norwich City Police are asking for the publics assistance with regard to an incident that took place at a downtown business parking lot Tuesday evening, Nov. 8.

At this time, investigators are looking for any information that might help them identify a potential suspect in a purse robbery that occurred at 5:50 p.m. in the Tops supermarket parking lot.

According to authorities, it was reported that the suspect rode upon the victim on a bicycle and forcibly grabbed a purse from the victim's hands while she was walking though the lot.
