NORWICH – The City of Norwich Common Council will be holding a public hearing in regards to the tentative 2017 budget at the beginning of the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.

The regular Common Council meeting will follow.

The meeting will be held at One Court Plaza in Norwich.
